Linking isn't spam.

What may be spam is your content depending on how you create it

No it may not consider as spam but that too much link from blog will not give you much exposure.

Number of links is never an issue but if you can, create some variations in the way anchor texts are being written and use more variations.

use anchor text so it might not look bad. if the readers see so many links especially with the same URL or coming from your site inner pages they might think you just use your blog to get backlinks. make your blog unique and interesting before adding more links.

no, not spam. just make sure the link to your site are site related to your site content. or else it do no effect
