My Google number of inlinks get low after a month?
but with yahoo is still get higher.....

There are a couple of ways.

1. Have important sites link to you freely without asking by providing extremely valuable content related to the niche you are in (become an authority on the subject) or have a site that is very unique that no one has even thought of (as in going viral). But this is without a doubt the hardest method.

2. Do the grunt work and look everywhere to submit your site to like directories, blog comments and article sites. This is not the hardest method, but its the most time consuming and repetitive method.

3. Buy links from someone. This is of course, the most expensive method.

What is your basis for this? Is the data from the Google webmaster tools or from the link: query? Google does not show all your backlinks with the link: query.
