If I purchased a domain name and had a website built for me before I started my LLC, how could I transfer ownership from myself to the LLC?

Just do it. Change the legal owner on the registration.

Technically in company minutes, if you keep them, which you're supposed to, but which most people don't, you'd say something along the lines of accepting ownership from yourself.
