How can I extrapolate the list of vBulletin users organized by characteristics?

Hello. I can't understand how to extrapolate a list of vBulletin users organized by characteristics.
I have added to the forum an obligatory field named province that you must fill during the registration.
Now I would like to make a list of the users organized by characteristics but I don't know how to do it.
I have seen that in menu>users> records of the user profile is possible to search by province but sometimes it's Rome, sometimes RM or sometimes Lazio.
Do you think that there is a way to make a list ordered as I want?
The ideal would be to export the list in Excel...!

Working with the raw database it would be relatively easy... do you have that capability?

Well, my suggestion would be to change the input field to be more strict in what it requires, ie provide a drop down list.
