Make webpage with login so that you can edit the page

How do you make a login to your homepage like a admin so that you can edit it and add news etc. I can not write in php so is there anything already made that you can download for free?
Do I need to have som special properties on my host?

IT sounds like what you want is a Content Management System or CMS.

Search for a "php cms" or maybe someone will post a recommendation for you.

The easiest one to use, probably, is Wordpress.

I tested Wordpress but it's only for blogs isn't there anything else where you can add pictures and new pages?

Wordpress can do those things, it just requires plugins.
