Let me know what you think of the site and what you would change, I feel I need to do much more to entice customers and create some excitement so people want to look around my site.
I know the owners of play.com and the stats for customers browsing around there site are massive, I receive 20.000 hits a month and get very little sales.

Any advice would be great. I am happy to receive criticism as well as advice; it can’t do me any harm.
