Well I don't know if I'd call myself new. I used to be really into webdesign and posted/browsed at a few forums, with this being one. Eventually life got a little crazy and I stopped going on the net often.
Life is a little less crazy & I have a job where I can surf the net at work. So I decided to get back into making sites. I see that not a whole lot has changed - well as far as css/html is concerned anyway.
The forums & especially the site look much better than they used to, bravo!
