As we all know, sitting in front of a computer lends little to our physical health. :(

I go to the gym/walk about 5 days a week. How do you stay in shape?

Sport:)

At school I do two sessions of PE a week. I train for football (or soccer:)) on a Thursday, play a league match on the Sunday. On Saturday and the a bit of Sunday I play golf, like I do on Tuesday night in the Summer.

There, there's my schedule:D

2 hours of Sport at school + 1/2 hour of dance

1 hour of horse riding on Saturday

About 2 hours of walking throughout the week

Im a member of my local Gym - its the old classic of signing up and never going. Although that will not doubt change when summer draws a little closer.

2 1/2 hours of track and field Mon - Fri.

Basketball games on Mon + Tues + Sundays

Practice on Thursdays and Sundays.
