Selling fairly established gaming forum

We started on the 1st of december of 2007 and the stats are as follows.

Also nearly 700 posts and 42 members registered on the forum. Quite heavily advertised via forums and word of mouth.
Hosting is paid until the 1st Feb 08 and is currently about £2/month, and domain is valid until late november 08. Those are the only costs.
We have just accepted an advertisement offer which is small at the moment but with a view to increasing. Also there is massive potential for making a bit of cash from other advertiser's.
