Why The F*** has google removed Shawn Weeks site from the top 10,000 listings for cell phone reviews when the 2nd to top site is spam?

How comes Shawn's satellite site is in your sig? What's the deal? :)

I think Shawn gave the domain to him, in return for a link.

I'm surprised Shawn didn't want to develop it himself. Looked like a good idea to me.

Mike's correct. Shawn said he had too much to do with Wireless Phone Reviews and **************** Reviews (The number of * was random, but he is making a network of these sites).

Although to say he is purchasing a PS2 I can't swear he is that busy, and I got the site online from what he left me within 3 hours.

BTW: If you can find a better keyword for me to target it would be helpful...

Incka, just look on wordtracker.com and select one. If you're not certain you're going to use Satellite TV then take it out of your sig, before it gets spidered. It's not a good idea to go changing the name after the site's been spidered.

Also, I'd wait until after this update has settled, otherwise you'll have no idea what your competition's like.

Well, it's the only keyword I can think of, I did look on word tracker, and all the other ones had low searches...

Look at overture. R2D2 just gave me the link, and it's given me quite a few good ideas for search terms...

Hmmm my site was dropped too but this is wierd.

Check out what google says for my site:

"Cell Phone Reviews - Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson ...

Google is definitely being weird. Some of the listings I had lost are now back (not in the same position, but atleast they're back). But others have strangely dropped.

Chris do you think google's spider would have any problem with TF intersertionals? Or does it just end of skipping those ads and not taking them into factor?

They're javascript based so search engines are immune.

As far as I can tell my sites are still in none of the things I want them in.

I wish someone would come along with an engine that could compete with Google, just to level the playing field a bit... Relying just on Google (for search engine clicks) is frustrating :(
