How do you know when you're deep crawled?

Just wondering how do you know when you're "deep crawled" by google?

Look in your logs and you will see "GoogleBot" requesting all your pages.

Or search Google for "-asldkajs site:www.yourdomain.com", this will bring up all the pages it has indexed which dont contain "asldkajs".
