Software to capture whole page.

Is there software out there that can be used to take a screenshot of an entire web page, even if you need to scroll down to view it all?

I've seen some people do this and am not sure if they are piecing together screenshots or if they use a program where they put in a URL and it takes a screenshot of the entire page?
