I put the url in code to avoid a backlink.

None, I think.
Hehe, that is taking it to the limit! A quick look at their code and I saw this:
.invisible {

background-color: #FFFFFF
}
in their code, tut tut! Dont appear to actually use it though... Not on the pages I saw anyway...

LOL good thinking, it would have been bad to give a dishonest SEOer a boost in the rankings.
I dont think what they're doing is dishonest really, a little over the top perhaps, but they're not hiding anything or fooling the SEs.
