Looking for a good host

Looking for recommendations for a good US based hosting company.
The site is the corporate presence for a trade organization and will contain a discussion forum for the members.
I need a PHP, MySQL, and would like FrontPage Extensions.

Cost is not the #1 factor. I would like to find a host with 7/24 help line, and the ability to invoice the organization rather than require a credit card or PayPal payment.

I am only considering direct hosting companies and not resellers.

Take a look at CrystalTech. I've been a customer of theirs since 2000. I think if you check around you'll find that they've got an excellent reputation.
