I Need Help With Stupid Frames!

PLEASE HELP ME!


Ok i wan to know if some one could possibly help me with frames? well i was wondering if there is a way to have a website with frames but not in seperate windows ARG! you have no idea what i mean do you? well here is an example HERE (http://ebaumsworld.com/index2.shtml)

I believe if I am reading your message right and after seeing the attached website is that that site contains both frames and tables. The frames are on the top, right and left of the page. The tables are located in the middle. If you choose frames they will show up on every page. Tables will not. Frames can be limited to just the top or right side or left side. You do not need to have all 3 frames set. Hope this helps but if you can give me more clarification of what you want to do, I will try to help you further.

frames are rarely used anymore, just go with tables...
