It is a default vBulletin skin? The logo says "vBulletin".
Not sure how anyone can review the site without any customization.

the logo has been left over from the default purple skin of vb 3, until i can design a new onee thinking of usinf pantshop pro
the rest of the style is custem

I think you'll find it difficult to kickstart the forum without some content... People need a reason to talk, and your forum is one of many covering this subject.

You don't just invent content. You put thought into it.
Or, alternatively, register 10 nicknames and have conversations with yourself. Some can be dumb people asking questions which you, as servertalk.org admin, answer with aplomb ensuring that the forum is seen as a good place to get advice.
DON'T just put the forum up and await people. The net is no longer a place of 'build it and they will come'...

I think it would be more likely to be people with no sites on domains, so it would no cost Chris anything to make them...
