When you expanding your niche with additional sites, is it good idea to keep them all at same hosting provider (and get discount ;) ) or different provider for each site?
I just have a reseller account at a hosting company, and set unique ip's for each site I make. It's cheap enough, from 25 - 100/mo

I'm not sure if a different IP helps at all, but as cheap as it is I would get one.

So what would be answer to my question?
Keep all your sites on different providers and different IP addresses?

If the same provider can give you different IPs, might as well stay. If not... spend the little extra to go elsewhere. Its less than the cost of a pizza a month, not a huge deal.

I don't know if that helps, but I keep related sites on different IPs whenever possible.

It should not be a problem to have 2 sites at the same howting company

If the niche is the basically the same for the 2nd site, I don't see why you would need a new host or IP address. It's okay to cross-link them.
