Simple web form help!

I have this form up here -

The subject line just reads "Webform response"

But I would like to be able to control the subject line so it will put the clientname in the subject line. I don't have access to the .pl file so I just have this to work with.

Dont think there is any way you can do that - the info is just passed to this reply.pl, which then creates the email right?

The reply.pl file is setting the subject line as "Webform Response" - no way to change that without changing the reply.pl file.
