Amazon Affiliate: Better luck with cart functionality?

Just curious from other Amazon affiliates...do you have better luck (ie. higher revenue) from having a cart functionality with your affiliate stores or just having every item show a "Buy Now from Amazon"?

Well with the "buy now" bit you can earn commission even if the person clicks the link and buys something else. With the cart bit they're not given the opportunity to buy more/other things as easily.
