Reason: I just don't have the time any more to maintain or promote it as it should be.

I am positive traffic and revenue could easily be dramatically increased, as I have been sticking to adding content and have not done any affiliate marketing.
Site Management:
The site doesn't require a lot of work at all, as it's a Joomla powered site you can easily add, remove, modify content through the back end administrative area, no matter what computer you are using.
I really didn't put much into promotion / marketing so I would advise this, it would increase traffic and revenue dramatically.
Marketing banners are already designed and included in the sale.

I will still keep ownership of the domain name and site files until full payment is sent.
Bidding starts at $1,000 and must go up at a minimum of $100
