How do I setup my incentivized programs

What I plan is:
User logs into my website with his username - > signs up for an incentivized offer - > Lead complete..

My question is.. how can I track which user has completed the lead so that I can offer incentive?

You will need to use a network that offers some type of subid tracking, such as Azoogle, CJ, or Linkshare. Some you have to ask about it some it is enabled by default.

Then you just pass another parameter (ie visitors username or id) with the link you send them to with a way to identify it, and that parameter will show up in your reports.

Well if you already have a website with users, you would probably have to have it custom made, but if not there are probably some scripts that could do something like that. I would check out www.hotscripts.com
