Virus Downloading - I am desperate here!!!

I design one website.. hosted by IPOWERWEB, some of the customers get a notice that a virus is being downloaded on the their computer. I have downloaded the entire site onto my harddrive, scanned all the files and find no virus'. I have the latest protection from McAfee. Does anyone have any suggestions on why this would be happening?

How about asking the customers what file they are downloading? That's where I might start.

It is very likely that it could be caused by ads that are shown on the website. Cetain less reputable networks are known for trying to install popups when their popups or other ads are shown. What ad networks are running on the site?
