Getting started w/ MySQL and PHP HELP

I don't have a deadline for my project and I need to learn this on my own.
I downloaded EasyPHP 1.7 but its all in German. So if I want to get started what should I do???

This PHP/mySQL article (http://www.sitepoint.com/article/228) is perfect. It is really good start to learning PHP and mySQL.

There's a load of books. The sitepoint one is supposed to be good, but I prefered Wrox's Beginning PHP one.
