Print on Demand Companies

Hi there,

How is everyone? :)

My assistant e-mailed several POD companies, & only one company got back to her.

Can someone recommend a few that actually care about their customers, give good service, aren't too pricey & deal w/ the entire world.

My book has to be put into an actual stationary letterhead box b/c the pages have to be loose, so I need them to be flexible in how they will handle this when I go to print.

If the pages have to be loose, why not just a regular printer/copy service instead of a book type one (which most PoDs are)?
