What's the template in Vbulletin in charge of the area under hte person's name when they make a post.

The area is the area that shows your join date, and your location.

I want to display member number here.

Look in the Styles Manager under Postbit Templates > postbit

Or postbit_legacy, if you have the user info on the left.

Yeah that's it. And you can just echo their userid since it's chronological.
