Partner Links?

Hi there,

Just wondering if I add partner links to my site, will they be classed as outgoing? If so, and I changed them to javascript would my rank on their site be affected at all?

Nothing gets "classed" Google doesn't care if something is outgoing or incoming, to Google all links are external because Google cares about pages, not sites.

We're the ones who different between types of links and yes, a link leading off your site would be an outgoing link.,

Well what I mean is, if you have links to other sites your page rank is likely to drop isn't it?

So, if I have a partner link to one of those hotsites websites, will my stats on their be affected?
