Fun Careers

Anyone know of some really fun/interesting careers? The sort of thing that most people don't think of when thinking of working.

For example, someone told me about a guy who works for Ferrari test driving the cars. Each car is driven for a couple hundred miles before being sent to the dealer.

Interesting/original business ideas are welcome also.
