adsense ? under performing ?

i see alot of sites running google adsense and also alot of forums. With forums im pretty sure the ctr is really really low . Would google adsense tos u? if you dont keep up a respectable ctr ?

In addition, Google reserves the right to terminate without notice any account that has not generated any clicks on Ads (as measured by Google) for a period of two (2) months or more.

I doubt they'll kick you just because you have a low CTR. All they really want is your clicks; I don't think it really matters how long it takes you to get to them.
