it seems to me alot of domains with hyphens in them dont seem to be at the top listings no more? anyone notice somehting similiar ?

Definitely not. I'm seeing tons of domains with hyphens.
Keyword rich domains were never valued very much (directly) by Google anyways. Its not something they would tweak.

Same... infact, with all the spam results at the moment, I think I am seeing more hyphenated domains.

[this is, of course, unfounded preposterous speculation; nevertheless it's the most entertaining kind of speculation to speculate about :D ]

Ofcoarse, what I meant was that alot of spam sites have hyphenated url's. Not that having a hyphen boosted your ranking.

For a keyword in my industry, all the top 10 results are hyphenated domains -- all of which are owned by the same fu**ing guy!!! Fu**in' rediculous.
