Does Amazon (or Barnes and Noble, or any book affiliate) offer a way to track where one of my sales came from? For instance, when I send a visitor to their site, can I provide some kind of tracking code and then look at a sales report to see which visitor purchased what?

I believe Amazon allows for subids, and BN is through linkshare and I'm pretty sure they do too.
