vbulletin lastest posts mod

I'm looking for a simple latest posts mod to put on the front page of a new forum I'm starting. I'm new to vbulletin, haven't used it since it first came out years ago so it's pretty foreign to me now.

Anyone know the mod that Chris uses here on websitepublisher?

It does need tweaking to work with vb3.5+ though.
