Domain Price?

I had someone approach me about a domain I own wanting to purchase it but I too have never sold a domain and don't know how to judge it's worth.

The domain is: The U Review.com

I have plans for the domain, but it is not on the priority list at the moment. Just looking for some feedback.

If it were me, and someone contacted me about it (with myself having no real intentions of selling to begin with) I would tell them to make an offer. If the offer is something you feel like can't be passed on, take it. If you tell them how much you want, you might undercut yourself. Maybe they have 1000 to give for it, but you say 500, and they got a great deal. Let them make the move.
