Drop shipping?

OK - I've been offered an ecommerce site from a friend who is leavning the internet business.

He sells surf videos/DVD's, but he sourced them direct from the manufacturers, something I don't really want to get into - so I was wondering if anyone knows of any drop shippers who deal in this kind of product - or of a drop shipping directory or something similar?

I am reading up on Drop Shipping now to see if its something I want to get into.

Drop shipping really damages your profit margins. Especially on something so with so much competition as DVDs.

Better no deal with DVD stuff, they are difficult to deal with and it's not really worth it in the end.

Why not just pick up where he left off? If it's something that is already established, you may be able to get away with little tweaking and continue to make some monies.
