Need Help finding a Program

I need a program that will work in conjunction with pay pal that will charge someone an amount, in this case $2.00, and then allow them to set up a username and password that would be good for a month. Basically a paid member subscription program that would be fully or mostly automated. Does anyone know where I can find one.

That is pretty much exactly what I wanted. A little more expensive than I thought it would be though. Is there any more less expensive ones. I will buy that one if it comes down to it though.
