I just noticed my Adsense displaying with an image to the left. I know a lot of people here have been doing this already themselves, so it would seem G is trying it out.

It doesnt look as good as the publishers versions IMO

At least with the way adsense is doing it you can click on the pics.

I think it's interesting. If it raises CTRs, they'll keep it I'm sure. And anything that helps CTRs makes me happy.

Ive noticed them popping up all over my sites.

So how come its ok for adsense to put images right next to the ads and we have to put a border inbetween?! Google must have done their research and it shows putting images next to ads improves ctr. Personally, I haven't noticed any difference. But on the units where I set my own images up next to the ads (border between) ctr improved slightly
