Google ranking tool?

Does anyone know of a tool I can use to find a page's google ranking for certain search terms? For example, I'd like to be able to see that a page is ranked at #274 without having to look through all of the results until I find it.

i think one of our members has a site that is dedicated to it http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/ i havent really looked into it but alot of people use it
