I know that any answers to this will be wild guesses, but what do you think the number of uniques/day would be for a site listed at google result #7 for search terms reported to be searched for 56,000 times per month by inventory.overture.com ?

Overture can be so inaccurate as to make any such guess worthless. Try wordtracker.com instead.
