How long did it take you to make $100 per month, every month or more using Pay Per Click Advertisments in your site?

Took me about 6 months, but I was working on other businesses at the time. I remember the first day I hit $10, and then I realised that $100 a day was easily possible.

it depend wich category of keywork you are promoting

if you promote book for non us resident , u ll get 0.04 per click , so u ll need 2500 click to complete 100$ per month

but if you try to promote for example insurance keyword , and you traffic is from usa/canada/uk u ll get minimum 0.60$ per click so u ll need only 166 click to complete 100$ per month

Judging from the trend over the past three weeks since I launched my first site (well, I guess technically it's my 2nd, though I still haven't done a single thign to promote the first one yet, so I don't really count it as it's jsut kind of sitting there), it's set to do that plus a bit more. I don't see why the traffic or conversions would drop any, because the site continues have more content each week. It's averaging about $5/day.

I made it on my first month with Adsense, but the site had been up for 6 months.

I made it on my first month with Adsense, but the site had been up for 6 months.

That's pretty impressive. I would be nice to make 100 a day from adsense on the first month of using it.

We're talking about per month here, not per day :)

Well, the question was "How long did it take you to make $100 per month, every month?"

Oh, duh. I read it wrong. I was thinking "damn! 100 a day is huge after the first month!"

When I first started my site in 1995 generating revenue wasn't the first concern. It wasn't until a couple of years later that I started trying to make money from my site. While I don't have any easily accessible records from before 1999. I do know, however that by 1998 I was routinely earning a couple hundred per month in ad revenues. Of course back then we didn't have things like AdSense.

Once I found out about AdSense a few months after it had been launched by Google, I started to routinely earn more than $1,000 per month and revenues have steadily climbed ever since.

I have only just started my first real site and once it is properly up and running I will hopefully get some good $, if it works out then i will mass produce my method until I have a good stream of incoming revenue.

It took me 4 months. For 3 of those months i was earning around $1/month, so only last month my revenue really started to pick up.

Hard to say. It wasn't hard to start making an average of $3 a month from the lesser known advertisers. But as soon as I discover Adsense I was makiing well over $300 a month. Now these days I make $2000-$2400 a month. That's combine from all the ad network I use using chains from first tier down to the third tier. Right now I'm just hoping to stay in that range since Tribal Fusion is bombing pretty bad in the last month and this month.

From scratch on day one to 100 dollars a month was about 4 months. Now it's nearly double that and it's only been 7 months since day 1 for the site.

It's weird how it takes some people only a matter of few months and some the whole year to get to the $100 mark. I wonder how long its going to take me (probably a few years, lol).

My revenue is increasing well now, hopefully it will continue to do so. We shall see.

4 weeks if things run as they are could have been 20 times this amount with some good incentive affilaites :rage:
