Example of Google screwing up

I was just checking some rankings today. Haven't done it in a while.

Interestingly one site that sits above me in the SERPs for the term "south beach diet" looks to be nothing more than some cloaked page. Here's the google cached page...

The actual page just leads to a blank screen. Cloaking, right? I'm not as clued up on these things as I should be really.

Yeah, I would have thought if they were cloaking to get there they would at least have something worthwhile on the page to make money or something. Unless they're just trying to prove a point or something.

Looks like the network site is a web host, the site might have been banned.
