how do you manage your emails ? for multiple sites ? whats the best way

You could use a special webmail system if your hosting them on the same server I suppose. However, I have set something up on outlook express which means that all new messages from two emails go into one inbox. You choose from a drop down which address you want to reply from. Easy to do as well.

Yup, I do the same with Eudora. I sort all my incoming mail into different folders depending on which account it came from. It's pretty simple to set up.

I have seperate identities for more popular sites. The rest just have alias emails that point to one of my main one.
