How do people enter phrase to search?

Hi,

I would like to know how do people enter key phrase to search for what they want? Such as how many percent of people use quotes, for example "blue widget" and how many percent of people just enter: blue widget (with no quotes)? Any survey?
And does Word Tracker mix these two things together?

I believe wordtracker mixes them but I've never looked into it myself.
