Theres this great deal at dedciatednow for vps but its not managed. They say We manage anything that is system related, all c-panel upgrades and third party software is up to you .

What would i have to actually manage ? or take care of ?

or should i just get a server at servermatrix ? its a 1.7 with 256 ram ? 59bucks a month....

It depends on your needs. What sites do you have and what are their needs? If the CPA is your only site then it's just not worth paying that much yet.

im looking to consolidate multiple domains into one account as well as a new site i have will use alot of bandwidth..

i dont know a thing about managing a dedicated server other than using cpanel/whm

You might just want to get a reseller account. This would save you money and require less knowledge (you should be fine if you know CPanel/WHM)
