RSS Feeds with Wordpress: can someone help?

Hi, I am in the process of reworking my blog and I want to get some content streamed in along with the articles/blogs I write, Im just not sure how to go about adding another blogs content to stream into my site. I've never done RSS feeds or XML feeds or anything, so excuse me if my post seems a little 'un-educated'. Any help any of the members on this forum can give me is greatly appreciated.

Get yourself a copy of feedpress. (it's a WP plugin)

Be aware though:

1. SE's might think your a spam site because some spam sites are built that way.
2. Make sure you get permission from the owner of the content.

and yea, as far as 1. I was worried about that. I'm thinking I might just add the feed when I have no time to write articles myself. 2. yea, I planned on it.
