Copyright question...

Hi! There,

I'm planning to build a site that may contain reprinted (with permission) articles. The authors of the articles hold the full copyrights of their materials.

Is there any issue of putting a copyright statement such as "Copyright © 2003 My Website. All rights reserved." in the footer of the website, considering all the work (Finding, organizing and managing the content) in the site is done by me?

I wouldn't think so. Plenty of large sites that print articles that they do not own copyrights to don't have an issue with this.

On our websites we use the following statement in the site
terms to cover this situation

You acknowledge that all content on the Web Site is the copyright of either (our site name) or third parties.

But if you use those exact words, we will have to sue you for
breach of copyright ! (Only joking)
