Yes.
Technically _ is the traditional space replacement. However, Google (and only Google) does it backwards. And since Google is an 800 pound gorilla we have to follow their lead. So you should use hyphens and not underscores.

I noticed you put both hyphens and underscores in websitepublisher.
For example
http://www.websitepublisher.net/article/html-cache-php-database/
http://www.websitepublisher.net/article/effective_content/

Some were done before I realized Google was backwards, some were done afterwards.
