This is my European History website. The centerpiece is the "History of Europe" which is a semi-humorous history of Europe. More and more of it is uploaded daily. I also have humorous and informative articles along with a forum. The goal is to provide an informative resource for folks interested in European history while also maintaining an active community of history buffs.

Design-wise:

The site looks good as a whole, but the page BG scheme through me off. Your content colors and themes are somewhat elegant yet you have this black and white checked bg which just doenst go. Try a nice beige as a BG color.

I like the layout of the page. You've placed the poll in a ncie place. Overall, well done.

I like the design and colour scheme but the first thing that jumped out was a white line down the left of your banner/logo (at least in Firefox 1.5 and IE6).
