Suggestions for my site?

I have a new site getting about 300 uniques a day and adsense CTR is horrible (plus the clicks pay squat). I set up 2 related affiliates on the right hand side of the pages, they've both gotten plenty of click thrus but no sales...

Anyone have some suggestions on how I can make some money off this thing? :confused:
