I found a really good domain for under $2,000 this afternoon, 2 hours later gone. I'm going to have my eyes peeled just incase the buyer back out on this one.

Either some of those sold for way too little, or others sold for way too much.
I find the ones lower down being better than the ones above them.

Any examples?
I think just about all the 6 figure names are on the money except for maybe Mypremiercard.com unless there is a typo I don't know about.
The missspelled versions of download.com are the most interesting ones for me, around $68,000 a pop to capture incorrect type-ins just shows how valuable this strategy can be.

Weird...I thought I left a reply in this thread last night, but I check it today and nothing!
Anyway...I don't know how something like "free-games.to" can go for 55k? Am I just missing something here?

That one stuck out for me, too. I bet appraisals on that name over at NamePros would have been like mid $XXX at most. ;)
Makes me wonder if any of the domains I have just sitting around are worth anything. I tended to think not, but some of them are better (imho) than free-games.to...

I suspect that there might be some artificial "inflation" on some domains, but I have no proof.
