I'm thinking about hiring a flash designer to make a cartoon for me. I've got a funny and somewhat controversial idea that I think would spread well over the Internet.
Only, where do I find a designer with both animation skills and a sense of comic timing? I need a pro.
I'm guessing I'll also have to pay a nice little fee for the animation. How much do you guys think it would cost? I'd be willing to put a link to their site or whatever in the animation and guarantee at least 10,000 views.
