back to back in a domain name.

For example: iloveemail.com

You have the two e's (ee) back to back? Is that like a big no no or does it really matter?

It definately looks wierd, but I don't think it can be helped in some cases. If you can, grab the domain that has them combined like ilovemail.com too, but I wouldn't pay a premium for it. One thing I'd be more concerned about is words combining in ways you don't want them to.

Here are a few examples:

http://www.whorepresents.com/
http://www.therapistfinder.com/

(don't worry, nothing bad on those sites)

www.expertsexchange.com is another good one :)

As cutter says, definitely get both if they are available at normal price. Then redirect the double version to the single I would think.

I don't know why it looks weird written 'properly' and better with a letter chopped out, but it seems to, and I think most people would expect it to be.

www.molestationnursery.com (Mole Station)
www.powergenitalia.com (Power-Gen)
http://domainrookie.com/hilarious-domain-name-mispronouncings/ good selection of names here

I agree that you shouldn't pay a premium amount for a funky looking domain. But this one's got a nice ring to it, and I'd suggest that it's a good name.

thanks the the replies!

So basically you're saying this...as another example if I wanted the domain golfinggreats.com, I should also try and buy golfingreats.com and just redirect? To me they both look weird, but maybe it's me.

His example:
i-lov-email.com (OK)
i-love-mail.com(GOOD)

Yours:
golfing-reats.com (BAD)
golfin-greats.com(OK)

Yeah, redirect to the correct spelling. If you have a good option that doesn't have the double letters, then go with that.
